Encrypted in your browser. Plans, names, prices and titles are encrypted on this page with keys only you hold. The server stores only what it cannot read.
No name or email needed. Your account is a random handle.
Only you can recover it. If you lose your way in (your passkeys or passphrase) and your recovery key, no one, including the operator, can open your plans.

Create an account

Your device keeps a passkey for this site and opens your plans with Face ID, your fingerprint or your screen lock. It syncs to your other devices through your Apple or Google account. You will also get a recovery key to print or save, for when every device is lost.

I understand that if I lose both my passkeys and my recovery key, my plans cannot be recovered by anyone. The service is free, with no guarantee of availability; I will export anything I cannot afford to lose. I have read the terms and the privacy statement.

Choose a passphrase. It never leaves this page. You will also get a secret key (for signing in on a new device) and a recovery key (for a lost passphrase).

SeatPlan HK is the hosted service of the open HK Venue Seats project, independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by LCSD. It is free and non-commercial. The server stores your account handle, your encrypted plans, their sizes and when they changed; it cannot read your plans.

Disclaimer. The seat map is a schematic drawn from published seat data, not the venue's seat plan. Check any seat, number or configuration against the venue's own plan before you rely on it.

Statistics settings

Nothing is sent until you choose. Your plans stay encrypted whatever you choose.

Needed for the service (always on)

The sign-in cookie, and on a device you mark as your own, your handle and secret key. Remembering this choice also stores it in your browser.

Usage statistics

Which screens and features are used, with your device type and light or dark mode, under a random ID made in your browser. Sent to our server, which passes it on to Google Analytics 4 without your IP address. Kept by Google for 14 months.

Product research (needs usage statistics)

Also the shape of your plans when you save, export or share them: which venue, how many price categories, a band for how many seats are priced, and whether they have names or a customisation. Never titles, names, prices or anything you type.
